You could get CoD at Soulblighter.com, I think. Other than that I don't know.
I don't think we should do the Broken Cycle because this whole thing is about the Myth Storyline. Broken cycle (no offense to people that like it and/or created it) kinda rapes that storyline. I really can't explain it better than that. If you can't figure out why, don't bother trying to.
