He wasn't being honest. I tried. If you throw the head to him he kills all of you anyway. Something like Kyrilla's "No matter. I never intended to let you choose the easy way." After all, if you're a Fallen Lord, you should easily be able to wipe out about twenty puny mortals.....right?
