The paper version is quite rare. There were a few copies going for grabs at the last Macworld fanfest in New York.
Given that the Bungie Store is coming back you might be able to get a copy if you have enough Bungie points. You needed 20 for the comic before it closed.

There's also .pdf version floating around which originally shipped with some Myth II CDs (funny story behind that) and you can still get on the Myth II Handbook CD.

Definitely worth getting if you are a big Myth fan.
