Heavy magic is called Dreams, and GURPS tells us that the entireity of the known map is believed by many Mythworlders to be the dream of the god Wyrd, and that the lands beyond it (beyond the Edge of All and across the ocean) don't really exist, because Wyrd didn't dream them up.
