: Since there's such a heavy emphasis on the Mythworld

Myth does seem like such a vague world and is almost like a dream. That might explain why the narrator can't be spotted in the actual gameplay. In dreams you may be one thing than suddenly another. Obcourse it could be argued that dreams aren't as detieled with dwarf heads and puss packets and that everything in a dream has some hidden meaning. It can also be said that there are never any words in dreams, but then that could just be for the player's sake. There are a number of possible dreamers for such a grand dream:

1. Durandal or Tycho
2. The Player: If those electric sheep levels are dreams then this could be too, especially such a violent one.
3. The Dreaming Jharo God: But then why would aliens have dreams about a race they've never known.

Who knows.
