: did, however, give them most of their armies, so
: you're right there.
: As to why Soulblighter didn't just kill The Deciever when
: he captured him, look at it from his point of view- if
: you'd just captured a millenia old rival of yours, and
: a traitor as well, you might want to gloat for a bit,
: wouldn't you? Admittedly not the wisest thing to do
: when there's a reasonable force of Legionairres and a
: shade of questionable loyalty nearby, but hey, all the
: worst villains gloat.
: Soulblighter couldn't bring any Trow to the Great Devoid,
: as all four of his Trow generals were killed at Forest
: Heart.
Actually, it was because the Trow owed their alligence to Balor, and no one else... that's why they didn't side with Soulblighter in Myth II... the whole "Put iron to rest and choose one from our number. Ask him what he owes you"* thing.
