GURPS stands for Generic Universal Role Playing System. It is a role-playing system designed (I believe) by a man named Steve Jackson, who now owns a company called Steve Jackson Games (www.sjgames.com).
The GURPS system is unique because its rules will work for pretty much any universe a role-player wishes to play in.
Alongside the published GURPS rules, there have been many supplements released for it called sourcebooks. Sourcebooks are books about specific worlds that players can use to help them in GURPS campaigns within that world.
GURPS Myth is such a book. Written by Gene Seabolt, it covers a lot of background material for the Myth world, as well as a lot of rules for playing a GURPS RPG in the Myth world.
I believe you can order it from www.sjgames.com (search around for a while, look under GURPS and then search for Myth). Although there are some mistakes in it, it is pretty much canon, and it's a good read :)
