Nope, Bonesplitter is The Lurker, Bheil, Twice Born Daughter of Flood and Famine. How am I so sure? Because we know for a face that Bahl'al is the Watcher and Soulblighter and the Deceiver are themselves, and since more than likely The Voiceless One and Shiver are the same, that leaves The Faceless Man and Bonesplitter (the last two Fallen from prerelease info) to be correlated to the Lurker (the last Fallen from GURPS). The Lurker is female, so she is definitely not the Faceless Man. Therefore she is Bonesplitter, and The Faceless Man is the unknown, which I find rather fitting.
Someone should do a short solo level about the fall of the Faceless Man after the end of the Great War.
