Yes, I remember looking at the Creation webpage about this
& the other levels, and drooling on my keyboard. All that
wasted saliva!

It'd be hard if you wanted to render a new blocking sequence, but you don't really have to. Most units that block only use one frame (same as flinching). The easiest way would be to choose one of the standing sequences where the zerk's or don's weapon is held in front, and make that the blocking sequence (in Fear, via the Monster tag). Piece of cake really. But only if you thought the change was worthwhile, which of course is up to you. It does make melee more interesting to watch, though, particularly if there's not many units involved. It'd also be worthwhile looking at using the zerk from Badthrall's TFL Units plugin (provided he's ok with it), as its got some really nice attacks.

Indeed - you never see it in melee, probably because the mauls are too busy getting chopped up by zerks or herons. But they do have a block sequence!
