I reckon that the Dwarven Morter brigade will become a common sight on the walls of the Imperial seat. They did capture it. Oh, and I suppose the Trow helped too:) Back to the Journeymen - I think they look cooler and the fact that they can kill things with a shovel really rocks. Besides, you can't have it both ways. You can choose great warrior skill or have the vast intelligence that years of study with scrolls and things would bring. Infact, you would have thought a Journeymen somewhere would have learnt some hardcore magic from reading ancient Tomes.
