Why was Nightcrawler being insane on a NEW MOON (RL on June 2nd 2000... For the record, i heard Backwards by Apartment 26 on the same day), Yet he hasn't been insane for the Lunar Cycle of September

Howler seems affected by the phases of the moon

Moonbiter (pep, she DEFINETLY likes Cheez, why do you think she has a name like that?), Soulcatcher, The Hanged Man, The Faceless Man, Stormbringer, and Shapeshifter do not seem to be affected much by the moon...

Soon™: A rant about how much power a Fallen has on a day is determined by the time, season and phase of the moon... I have thought about this for a while...
