First off: Wow.... Pretty expansive.
For the most part I like it except for a few things:
I still dont buy the Spider Gods theory (and probably never will :P).
The great mage who started the school of food magic and was a friend of Mazzarin? Is this a joke or serious?
The "Holy Trinity" sounds a bit too Catholic for my tastes.
Your ending of everything being destroyed, or "reborn." Makes me think of Arthur C. Clarke's "Childhood's End" (at least I think he wrote it).
The whisper dream is incorrect. While in GURPS it says that it invades people's minds, it's actaully the spell that shiver uses that sends out a bunch of motes of light which home towards their target.
Also, why do the Trow reconcile with Iron?
I don't know if this would make for good gameplay (Sounds like you'd be using a small group of Super-Units Throughout the whole game), but it certainly is a good storyline.
