"Always" from the East? I thought we only knew about one pre-Alric victorious champion's birth region--Connacht/Balor. Given that both Alric and Moagim Reborn came from the West, and that that Myrkridian tomb is in the West, I'd say that--if anything--the Chaos champions are always born in the West and the Order champions always arise in the East. This somewhat conflicts with my tentative belief that the north/northwest is the realm of order and the south/southeast is the realm of chaos--but I'm not really strongly in favor of either theory, so I don't worry about it. :-)
