Actually, I don't remember postulating this. :-) I *did* postulate that Tireces was chaos-affiliated, and that increased intellectual freedom produced the Age of Reason. And I do believe that Tireces' followers were generally on one status level, like Alric's. But I think that this particular phenomenon can die away pretty quickly once the relevant champion has disappeared--it's more an immediate result of his personal desires than a global effect of his orientation. After Tireces left and the Cath Bruig took over, the society probably became more stratified, though not as much as it would be in the Wolf Age.
