As far as I know, this guy knows nothing about Lovecraft of the Pfhor; his writing's just an incoherent, grammar-savaging mishmash of racism and government mind-control allegations, for the most part. I think the actual appearance of the idol was completely thunk up by Bungie; only the name and that text snippet was taken from this guy's work.
