I guess "canceled" was the wrong word to use. The news post by Ares at mythnews.com(?) said that the team was not going to release it as a whole, or something like that. Maybe I should check back on that.
OK, I'm checking as I write this. Mythnews.com has no news archives, so I'm lost there. Myth@b.org only has previous posts, and the post I remember was a while ago. Ladeeda, checkin' all the pages I know of...
AHA! I found it! Look at a very new news post that Townhall just put up, which says that those 3 maps that were scheduled to be released are going to be released soon. It also points to mythnews.com's article about CoD. That article does say that "Coming of the Dark will never be finished. It was simply too large-scale"
Of course it does say that they will release it when they get each part done, so maybe I thought that meant they would just have to leave some levels out.
Anyway, go to www.mythnews.com/cod to check out that article if you haven't already. I'm going to look at that Townhall article some more.
