: Speaking as a member of Creation (albeit one who joined

: Bungie-issued Fact™, but it ain't. Completely made up.
: All we really know, again, is that single flavor text

Hmmm, I suppose I really should dl Coming of the Dark. I'm more than happy to accept the Creation additions to the Leix story. To do anything contrary now would just be counter productive. Of course, flavour texts generally seem to take the form of storytelling rather than being quotes from historical texts, so as such can be up for interpretation, exaggeration, manipulation etc.
: Actually I was thinking of this as evidence that Leix is

: acquiescence (and sometimes financial backing) of a
: rival country.

Which leads me nicely back to my 'revisionist history' theory - they weren't pirates really, but merely an opposing army with a different agenda.
