Sorry about that guys - for some reason all I posted was Drunken Ghol's reply to my original post and not what I added.

Anyway, in response to Drunken Ghol's post:

I didn't have a timeframe in mind as it was only relatively recently I decided to transplant my scenario ideas back to the Myth universe (my original idea was for a 'true medieval' scenario - ie no magic, no non-human characters and set in a real location, an idea I may go back to, but I accept ideas like that are not for this forum)

The attack on Tyr by the pirates and their subsequent defeat by Maeldun at Leix would make an excellent scenario. With a little work most of my original ideas could be made to fit. One question though, do we know what the pirates looked like? Were they just human criminals (sort of like Brigands)? I wasn't planning to add new units to my scenario (as I don't have the resources to create them) so if they look significantly different to existing units then I'm stuck :(
