i can understand most of this other stuff, and it seems reasonable, but doesnt that mean that ghols are in fact one of the elder race? actualy if they were around before wyrds "world", they would be OLDER then the elder races wouldnt they?
if that was the case, wouldnt the trow have come into conflict with the ghols and wiped them out quite some time ago, and wouldnt the ghol be a bit smarter and stronger?
hmm... come to think of it, the trow DID come into conflict with the ghols before, and enslaved them into service with the dark didnt they? and perhaps the dark gods didnt want their subjects to be very smart or strong, so they created the ghols kinda dumb...
intresting theory here, but i dunno if it totaly makes sense.
