}I see by this: (proxy4-external.rdc1.on.home.com) ,that you are using Comcast@home, same as me. Therefore I can tell you there is a bug in the mill that wont allow us to DL. The solution they told me (and I use) is to get an FTP browser program. I wish I could give you more insight, but its been awhile since I have used mine (cant even find it at the moment), but this will allow you to DL those files without the 12KB bug.
