: An army full of creatures that don't need supply lines

I always wondered about supply lines in Myth, although
more for the Light than the Dark. We know the undead and
fetch need no supples(well, maybe javelins), and I figured
the rest of the Dark would just pillage what they could as
they marched. If the going got rough, the Myrkridia would
eat everyone else.
On the other hand, the Light would have some serious supply
issues. In both wars, the Light is pretty much reduced to
a single travelling army with no base to draw supplies from.
I'd suggest that they live off the countryside, but they are
wandering around in lands previously held by the Dark, and
I'm sure everything has been pillaged and despoiled already.
What the heck are our heroes gonna eat? Of course, all this
is exacerbated when Alric and/or Myrdred starts to teleport
everyone around...
Better pack LOTS of haggis before you head south.
