From the GURPS Forest Giant entry:
"Forest Giants wield more power in hand-to-hand combat than any other Myth race, even the Trow."
I haven't actually played GURPS so I can't tell you from experience whether the stats work out to this intended effect. I do note that Forest Giants have more hit points than Trow, a *lot* more ST than Zander mentioned (yes, they have 16 points of "regular" ST, but they have 34 more points with some Natural limitation I don't know about), and a plethora of useful high-level skills and attributes like certain types of damage resistance, Brawling and Power Blow. But anyway, GURPS agrees that a FG can whup on a Tro.
You *really* need to get GURPS, Ares. Know thy enemy and so forth. :-)
