: rules). Likewise, knowing the Ultimate Truth may let
: one do some amazing things, but it wouldn't make one

Also think of it this way, if you know where every single atom, every single particle, where everything is in the universe, and understand everything, if you know all, then you know everything that has happened, is happening, or will ever happen.
