An interesting thought came to me some time ago.
As we all know Kina was simply a sorcoress of riddicules power, like the Dominater. She was such an influance on things in the BC world (it does not me the body count world) that 10,000 years later she was thought of as a god.
SO,why not apply this to the myth world? It could be that Neix, Wyrd, and the other "dark" gods where just beings of enormass magical power and not truly gods. Perhaps they had come to the pinical of their power in an "old" world. Maybe the final battles in their world so badly damaged it that some (Wyrd inperticuler) wanted to create a new one.
So wyrd starts to transform the world, but the others object. You know the story from there. Wyrd creates his world but the dark gods shatter him. They are, however defeated in a sence because wyrd has "destroyed the world they had inhabbited.
