Yeah, seems a bit lame, though. To be honest I think
Bungie designed the Relic level first, and thought of the
story line second, but got their lines crossed.
So yes, for our purposes, the Herons must have realised
that the Deceiver with a few Bowmen and Dorfs would not be
enough to find the Tain, so they ran to catch up.
