I'm afraid that the only type of PC card that can run TFL in 3D graphics is a 3DFX one, ie. a voodoo card. I have a D3D card like you and cannot run TFL in 3d, so I have to put up with the quite hideous 2D graphics!
Don't worry though. Most other games can run D3D fine. It's just TFL.
