Actually, unless the writers of the Old Testament ripped off the story of Jacob and Esau from you, I don't think you can claim ownership of that particular plotline...;-) And a War of Succession is simply a war to determine who will succeed the last ruler. It could be between two princes, but it could also be between any two other figures with a claim to the throne.
