: Another Thoeri™: A lot of things seem to be revolving
: around a particular parallel dimension lately. The
: spiders, Fetch, and Callieach, the Devoid, and
: indirectly the Dwarves, Ghols, and Trow. It seems the
: fates of these two worlds are inextricably tied. Could
: this whole thing be somehow related to the
: "flipping coin" theory of long ago? With the
: Spider World being the dark side of our world, an
: underworld kind of thing?
Here is what I have too say about that. First off, we should scrap the name "Spider World" and add one of the following names: Underworld, Devoidplane, Fetchhome, Godshome, Spiderplane, or Underplane. Next, here is how I think it goes:
Ok sometime in history far past there was fued between the great gods of the spider and God knows what else and the great gods of men, trow, orge, bre'Unor. fir'Blog, and Callieach. Wyrd was the god who hated these gods the most, and with the following Leveller, planed to destroy them. Fisrt, as the cycle began, Wyrd opened up a great pit in the earth around the area where the great devoidis,and makeing it a portal to a dark, evil realm, and, working with the Leveller, brought the minons of the Spider gods , and later the gods themselves to this pit, and therw them into it, and sealed it with a spell that none of the spider gods or their follower could ever cast, saying that no living thing that no living thing who could not cast that spell could go though, never planing humans to learn magic. They then covered it with earth so that even if the spell was broaken, nothing could get in. However, many spider queens stayed on earth and hid in darkness to keep from haveing Wyrd destroy them. For 100 years after this there was discord and strife amoung even the gods, and a great rebblion broke out amounge the trow and ogers and Callieach. Now, the Callieach, who thought themselves abandoned by their patron Wyrd, brought themselves to to where the Great Devoid is today. They brought together the greatest of all spells ever made, and sent themsleves, detroying the barroir that Wyrd had erected, for they had been in contact with the Dark (fromarly know as Spider) Gods. Even though they had died, their souls flew through the Devoid, and comibined with the souls of the Trow (souls can get through cuz they are not living) and the dark denzines of the Underplane and became what is today know as fetch. Their form is not what we see on this plane, but something hugh, ausome and dark, for this is a plane of light. Now, with their new bodies, the Callieach allied themselves with the Dark Gods, along with the Leveller. Now, the Leveller did not have much magic power until Moagim Reborn came along. He tried to free the fetch or Callieach, what ever you want to call them, but was killed by Connatch befor he could. Now, he lost that form, and had angered the gods of light. However, the true ander did not come until the great war. When Balor freed the fecth from their otherworldly prison, and they came to scrape the earth of all living things but themselves and the dwarves, who had shown pity on them in the Underplane, where dwarves came from. They were a creation abandoned by the Dark Gods, and the gods of light brought them to the upper world, which is to be called the Kingdom. However, not reconizing the fetch, the dwarves hated and slaugtered amny fetch, and this changed their attitude about this world. However, Balor said that only after they had won him the war would he let them have their freedom. Now, the gods of light hated the Leveller for this, and they to came to earth to fight him in secret. They were the head (Wyrd) and others whose role I do not know.They stoped the cycle to teach the Leveller a lesson, and when he was defeated, ironicly by having his host's head thrown into the great devoid and having the spell to open the portal cast, he would have to win a war without the fetch to keep the cycle going. That si why Soulbligher failed, becuase the gods were agienst him. The fetch are smted by Wyrd because he hates them for defying their old patron and for what their new patron is.
