The first bit of sence Forrest has said in this whole theory. I think that the Great Devoid is the portal to the world of the fetch, but it was only open by the chilly-whatever. The stuntys are just too damn stupid to know this (long live Lamer!) and the fetch can't get down becuase of the sudden stop and/or they need a magic spell. And the head did not hit a big fetch, that was the spell of Alric that let it go down the big golf-hole into the fetch-world.
