: "There has to be another way."
: What does he mean, another way? another exit?
: Is there a extra hidden level or something?
Yes, actually there is. After Dec. defeats SB., dont follow Dec. south, go north instead (if you free some of the units in the surrounding prison-caves theyll give you more clues). Eventually youll reach a path in the northeast, start going up this path and your units will turn blue. That will access the second secret level (this one actually has something to do with the storyline)
