: parachute? At the least, you'd expect them all to be
: camped out around the Devoid trying to figger out a
: way to get down safely.
More than that, the fetch are truly ethereal, right? Look at what happens when you kill one (if, in fact, they actually die). A spirit of some sort flies out, not the sort of thing that a fall would kill. They only wear skins. Falling would damage their "clothing," not themselves. When we're talking about fetch, we're talking about completely otherwordly creatures, for whom a fall is not the same thing as it would be to you or I.
