Not necessarily; Aleuts are occasionally called Eskimos too. "Eskimo" was originally a somewhat insulting term used by others, meaning IIRC "eaters of raw meat;" "Inuit" and "Aleut" are what they call themselves. Although I don't know if any modern representatives of those cultures would be bitterly offended if you called them Eskimos.
