I very much doubt that the spiders climbed *all* the way up through the Devoid to the real world of Myth. More likely, if it comes into the world of the Spider Gods, the entry is not visible from that world.. it is only an entry, not an exit if you get my meaning.

The Fetch are bound to Balor. Also I have a feeling that there would be certain death, even for a Fetch, involved in jumping down the Devoid.
