You still haven't read GURPS, have you?
GURPS says that Connacht emerged at the end of the Wind Age and took out the Krids, Trow and the Leveller within a year or two. So yes, he was a Great Hero in the Wind Age--he was the one who wrapped it up. He also ruled in the Wolf Age. There's certainly some doubt as to exactly when one Age ended and the other began, but only because it's hard to know exactly where to draw the line--at the Leveller's appearance, or the Hero's birth, or the Leveller's death, or what?

How could he? Easy. He was Connacht at the beginning, then he disappeared for a while and he was Balor at the end.

Two Levellers appear in every age. One Leveller participates in the Great War of the beginning and dies. The other one arises at the end but doesn't initiate all-out War until the next age. You see how this works, right? Moagim arose in the Age of Reason and fought in the Wind Age. Moagim reborn arose in the Wind Age and fought in the Wolf Age. Balor arose in the Wolf Age and fought in the Sword Age.

Why doesn't the game talk about every important person who ever existed in the Mythworld, you're asking?
And it does talk about him. It talks about at least 2 Levellers besides the ones we know. It just doesn't mention their names. Why wouldn't you believe that Moagim reborn was one of them?
