One other tidbit I remembered it that during the narration to "The Ibis Crown", the narrator says he is not going into the catacombs, but instead going to Forest Heart to search for the tain shard. But we play the level with the Ibis Crown anyway, then we defend Muirthemne, and then we go to Forest Heart, where, it may be assumed, the narrator is, although again, he might be in a band different from the Deciever's. I don't know what this proves to me, except that the narrator doesn't have to be in levels that he writes about.
