Bots...bots can be on any comp anywhere. They will need a seperate, secret admin account they can log into that no other users use. They are basically automated users, the person manipulating the bot logs it into the server manually, tand can often also chat through the bot...making it seem like the bot is talking. You just gotta experience it...
