Lessee, from "The Road North" we have "The Legion has come two hundred and fifty miles in little more than two weeks." They're at the Gjol now; last time the narrator told us their position they were at Forest Heart.
From the same journal entry we have "But today we are only at the edge of the Dire Marsh, nearly five hundred miles from his fortress," giving us the distance to Rhi'anon.
From "River of Blood" we have "the city of Willow, fourteen hundred miles away."
