: relics it is not likely that they are created by human
: hands. Mutch older than man, the trow could have been

: made by trow hands, the dark would have learned to use
: them much sooner and they would have been able to
: crush any resistance by simply transporting their
: forces to Covenant...
: So are the world knots from before the trow age?
: And by the way, how did the humans learn to use such

I suspect the Dwarven Smiths of Muirthemne built the Knots. They certainly have quite an ability to screw with space-time (witness the Tain), and somehow the Dwarves knew how to fix a the Knot above the Plain of Scales.
