I gathered that there are lots of American companies that charge a set rate per year/month, and for that you get free unlimited internet access. Until now, its been a lot nastier in Britain. The best ISPs usually were no set fee but you need to pay the phone bill just as if you were making a normal phone call.
Europe is now getting the American-style ISPs with unmetered access. I don't know much about the other sects of the e-commerce thing, but it basically involves cheaper and better internet.

Great. In this update I will write everything understandable (is that a word?), as opposed to the gobble-dee-gook (that is definately a word) that the last one consisted of! That will make it easier for other people (like you!) to playtest.
