So that was an antimatter explosion, resulting from the head reversing itself in time, eh. The head does look like Balor. They both have the wide, bony face and lots of dark hair. However, wouldn't the Nine recognize it? Everyone knows what Connacht looked like.
Also, the deaths of Shiver and the Watcher maks no sense in this context. According to GURPS, she was the most powerful of the fallen. She would eb an odd one to dump. Plus, I doubt he'd want to lose two of the Fallen.
