This is a fascinating debate, but sadly I have nearly nothing to contribute, save on irrelevant side-issues like Grammar and Arabs, as I have not yet formulated my own idea on the subject and am content watching the progession of your ideas as they breed and multiply, cavort in the azure lakes of the Message Index and are thwarted by the appearance of the Overlooked Occurrence...
