Oviously, you are unfamiliar with the vernacular of Myth, sometimes refered to as "TROSPEK." "MB UR FRUM CANADA" is a standard accusation against someone you suspect is purposely lagging a game. In other words, it is calling the the person to whom you are speaking a "ch33t." In this case, it is used somewhat metaphorically, but the same principle applies.
