It's not a web site, it shipped with the Myth II Handbook and some copies of Myth II. I've uploaded a PDF version to http://myth.bungie.org/legends/relics/Comic.pdf, posted a text transcript above, and will soon be working on an HTML version (as soon as I finish the Encyclopedia and Field Guides).
