: It's a good idea, but I *think* the dragons are still
: around; a casual mention in GURPS speaks of
: "archmages who hesitate to attack dragons, not

: old days had a more inorganic, unformed, chaotic look.
: A dragon's too symmetric and normal-looking to be one

Perhaps the Trow killed their ancient ancestors, and thats why theyre so rare. Anyway, i doubt humans would glorify the work of trow. They didn't even know jack squat about them til Ewan headed on over there for a chat with Acerum. Anyway, thats probably some hero or something, probably Connacht in one of his many attires (take a look at images of him and suspected images of him-a lot of them a really contrasting, suggesting that he wore different clothes when he became emperor or something like that, just like Alric did). One could argue that Connacht held an odd respect (he had some at least, as he didnt simply kill them) for the Trow, and had people paint that on the cathedral window, but i seriously doubt it. Anyway, the trow would definitely be major suspects for the rareness of these dragons. The dragons, unlike the other poor races, could have simply escaped by flying away. Trow cant exactly do the same, being that theyre really heavy and are kinda lacking in that whole wing thing.
