: On Bungie.net,multiplayer, is there a way to play

It IS possible. But very messy. I did this once with my brother over a LAN.
What you need to do is open up your single player mesh in fear. Click Can be used in netgame types and click 'Body count'.
Now you'll need to make sure the person you are playing with has done this too or has a plugin with the same effect.
Then just play away. One will be randomly the Dark, the other, the Light. There is no way I know of to control who is which team.
That will be a little confusing as all the map scripts will still be active. But it does work. Alternatively you can remove all the map scripts form the mesh in Loathing.
It's very simple, but a bit messy.
