There are six Fallen Lords, lead by the Leveller (who some count as the seventh, but most of us don't). Their names are:
Soulblighter (Damas/Anshar), Twice Born, Patron of the Hanged
Shiver/The Voiceless One (Culwyeh/Ravanna), Mother of Plagues, First Lady of the Fallen
The Deceiver (Myrdred), Source of the 500 Poisons
The Watcher (Bahl'al), Mad Goat of the Fens
The Lurker (Bheil), Bonesplitter
and the last one we don't know anything about, other than he's called The Faceless Man, which makes sense since we never see him. :-)

Balor (Connacht), The Leveller
