Since this string about the codex seems to me as if it has reached it's point (some superhuman being wrote it, etc), I just wanted to point something out about your idea of time.
I'm not sure if you know this yet, but if you ask many people about time, most will think of it as an infinitely branched line, or a mobius strip.
The branched line (which is present in your post which I am responding to) represents the infinite possibilities of time based on decisions made by people. Me being on my computer at this instant as opposed to eating breakfast could trigger a multitude of effects that could lead to the end of the world twenty years from now. Well, maybe not, but you get the point? OK
The Mobius strip (a completely one sided figure) represents fate. Basically what I was saying. What you do in your life is already set. What you think is free will is actually what you are destined to do. If you try to trick fate and change your mind all the time, that is actually what you were destined to do. You cannot escape it.
The debates on wether time is a branched line or a mobius strip will continue for centuries, and probably will never come to an end. People can't comprehend the true nature of the universe, so the debates will continue. All of our talks about the codex will probably be affected by what time is actually like. Each person can decide for his or her self.
But is that decision fated, or is it free will? ;)
