It just occurred to me that a lot of the "unused" monster tags you're seeing are probably tweaked to be able to go berserk. I did Forrest's ability by giving every monster a very low berserk vitality--so low that they'll almost never reach it accidentally in game without immediately dying. Dunno why I thought posted archers need to be able to go berserk--guess I just did it for the sake of completeness.
