He's one of Connacht's lieutenants, and that's an amulet or something. Dunno.

It seems like it. Every thousand years a new race would come into conflict with the TR0 and get KIKd 2 DETH. Then they stopped. The Trow also obviously knew about the Human leveller, since they recognised that Balor wore his mantle.
