Hey, I still have a few problems with that list, though I don't want to start another enormous thread about it. Just two things: Damas/Anshar/Soulblighter may be an ancient evil, but he was also turned from the light--he used to be one of Connacht's lieutenants (check the comic--there he is, big dumb heroic face and all). Also, I think this silliness about Ravanna and Shiver being two different people may be due to the fact that Gene Seabolt never finished the Shiver level--he didn't know the Deceiver was dead, and he wouldn't have heard him call her Ravanna.
Anyway, just a thought.
